However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (518) 762-7829 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

The NOT so fine print:

  1. You’ll need to select a replacement within 30 days of delivery or pick-up.
  2. The replacement item must be the same or higher value (you’ll pay the difference if it’s more expensive, but we can’t refund the difference if it’s less expensive).
  3. The replacement item must be the same product type. For example, a washer must be replaced with a washer.
  4. You’ll pay our standard delivery fee for the exchange (in addition to any delivery fees paid for the initial purchase).
  5. Stained or damaged products don't qualify. Items must be in "like new" condition.
  6. One exchange is allowed per purchase.
  7. Not available on flooring products, built-in appliances, professional ranges, or sectionals. Other exclusions may apply.
  8. If you are not happy with your purchase, please schedule an appointment with your sales associate to find another product.
  9. A $100 Be Happy administrative fee applies to all Be Happy Exchanges with the exception of mattresses

For Mattresses and Pillows Only

  • You'll need to sleep on your new mattress for at least two weeks to get past the adjustment period.
  • It is required that you purchase and use a minimum of a 5-sided protection product on your mattresss
  • Bedding law tags must be attached to the mattress in order for it to be exchanged.
  • Not available on power lifestyle bases, California king mattresses and other speciality size mattresses.
  • The TempurPedic warranty supercedes this exchange policy. TempurPedic requires a $300 exchange fee.
