At Ruby & Quiri, delivery isn't just getting an item from point A to point B. All members of our delivery team are R&Q employees, not subcontractors. These guys genuiniely care about you and your delivery. They will take the time to make sure your delivery is done right.
We are fanatical about measuring our performance and ensuring your satisfaction. Every customer receives a follow-up phone call after their delivery or service call. We take these surveys very seriously. In fact, if a survey doesn't have PERFECT scores, our leadership team is informed. How does our team do? Amazing - we average a 9.89 out of a possible 10!

Ruby & Quiri services a huge area. There isn't any way we could delivery to all of these areas every day, so we go to certain areas on specific days of the week. To make delivery scheduling as easy as possible for our customers, we offer next-day delivery seven days a week. We also offer evening local deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays..
At Ruby & Quiri, it is all about exceeding our customers' expectations. Because we sell all kinds of products, we are unable to give our customers specific delivery times. Sometimes a refrigerator delivery can take 30 minutes or an hour and 30 minutes (if we need to take all the doors off the unit and house to get it in). Our delivery trucks are routed by 3pm the day before your delivery. Guests are welcome to call us after that time to get a three-hour time window for their delivery. You can also check online for your three-hour time window by entering your sale number from your receipt above. Our delivery team will give you a courtesy call when they are on the way to your home.
If you need more lead time, say 30 minutes or an hour, our delivery team can do that too. That way you don't have to sit at home all day waiting for a delivery.
We deliver seven days a week in our local area. If we have your product in stock, we can often deliver it the next day in our Inner Ring area. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we offer evening delivery to our Inner Ring area.

There are a number of important things you can check to ensure a complete delivery:
Carefully measure the space where the product will go, as well as doorways, stairways and halls along the way, to ensure the product you're selecting will fit.
We'll disconnect and reconnect to black gas pipes with a dedicated shutoff valve accessible in the appliance installation space. We are forbidden to connect to copper (it's dangerous and should be replaced), and must use new gas flex connectors.
Make sure you know if you have Natural or LP gas. Natural is the most common, so LP appliances must be special ordered or converted.
If your refrigerator has an icemaker or water dispenser, you'll need a water line with a dedicated shutoff valve to the refrigerator installation space. Ruby & Quiri can install this line at an additional charge if you do not have one.
For top or bottom freezer units with a single refrigerator door, know which side you'd like the hinges on; we can order or reverse to accommodate your preference.
220V Electric Ranges & Dryers
You'll need to know whether you have a 4-prong or 3-prong outlet (3 is generally found in homes over ten years old) so we can install the proper cord.
If your unit is hard wired, you'll need to have it disconnected and an outlet installed before we can delivery your new range or dryer.
For appliance brands such as Monogram, Thermador and Viking, there are dozens of details that must be verified before we order or deliver your appliances. Your salesperson will review an extensive checklist prior to ordering to ensure all the bases are covered.
