Delivery Dates & Times
​Ruby & Quiri services a huge area. There isn't any way we could delivery to all of these areas every day, so we go to certain areas on specific days of the week. To make delivery scheduling as easy as possible for our customers, we offer next-day delivery seven days a week. We also offer evening local deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays..
​At Ruby & Quiri, it is all about exceeding our customers' expectations. Because we sell all kinds of products, we are unable to give our customers specific delivery times. Sometimes a refrigerator delivery can take 30 minutes or an hour and 30 minutes (if we need to take all the doors off the unit and house to get it in). Our delivery trucks are routed by 3pm the day before your delivery. Guests are welcome to call us after that time to get a three-hour time window for their delivery. You can also check online for your three-hour time window by entering your sale number from your receipt above. Our delivery team will give you a courtesy call when they are on the way to your home.
​If you need more lead time, say 30 minutes or an hour, our delivery team can do that too. That way you don't have to sit at home all day waiting for a delivery.
Areas We Serve
​We deliver seven days a week in our local area. If we have your product in stock, we can often deliver it the next day in our Inner Ring area. Every Tuesday and Thursday, we offer evening delivery to our Inner Ring area.

Delivery Types
All Deliveries:
- Deivery team's temperature checked daily
- Delivery teams wear masks and gloves
- Guests must maintain social distancing from our delivery teams
- Guests are called the night before to confirm a safety check to ensure no one in the home has been sick
Boxed Drop-Off Option
Delivery Fee: Starts at $39.99
- Items remain boxed and unopened
- If the item can go through the front door of the home or apartment in the original packaging, we will do that. If not, we will leave at the last door it will go through (for example, the main door to an apartment complex or outside an elevator door).
Prepped Drop-Off Option
Delivery Fee: Starts at $79.99
- Items are opened and assembled as much as possible in advance (chairs, entertainment stands, etc.)
- Hardware is put on and items are inspected
- Blanketed on truck and blankets removed before delivery
- Item will be left just inside the door to the home or apartment
Red Carpet Delivery Option
Delivery Fee: Starts at $99.99
- Items are unpackaged and setup in the home
- Delivery to room of the guests choice
