Does not fit my oven

The air fry tray available does not fit a 24" oven. This tray was linked to the oven I ordered thru Home Depot. Per Frigidaire there is no other air fry tray available One size does not fit all and I am very disappointed the at the high cost of this wall oven when it does not even come with an air fry tray or broiler pan. Or a gas broiler... that is my biggest disappointment along with a non return policy for the wall oven which you must buy sight unseen. If I wasn't desperate for an oven I would have gone with a different brand.

It™€™s obvious that people want, need, and expect that an oven that differentiates itself with the air fry feature comes with the equipment to air fry.Not including the air fry tray after so many reviews over this length of time speaks to the company™€™s lack of respect for its customers wishes.I wish I read these reviews prior to purchasing my oven.I am no exception; I am disappointed that my new oven did not include the air fry basket.My oven-safe correll dish stained from using it in the oven with the air fry feature.So far, the stove works and the oven works, and I am looking forward to many years of use.

Really - no drip catch tray?

I hate that Frigidaire made an air fryer oven, did not include the expensive air fryer basket/tray with it. Biggest complain is that Frigidaire DOES NOT make a drip tray to go under the fryer tray. No matter what I do the grease manages to fall to bottom and cause significant smoke, etc. I tried foil on bottom of oven and the tin foil melted onto the bottom of the stove. I CAN NOT GET IT OFF! So disappointed Frigidaire™€¦.

What a disappointed to learn I had to buy the air fryer tray separately and then to find out there is NO DRIP TRAY AVAILABLE to use with it. The smoke is horrendous from this and no matter what you do to catch the drippings help! I even tried lining the bottom of my oven with tin foil to keep from discoloring the bottom of the oven. Well the tin foil MELTED to the oven bottom and I can™€™t get it off. Come o. Frigidaire did you not test this all out first?So it air fryer is USELESS!.

No rack option for 27" ovens

Frigidaire Gallery 27" wall ovens come with an air fry feature but no rack is available to purchase for use with the optional air fry basket. The idea of air fry is to allow the air to circulate all around the food. When food is placed on a lipped half sheet tray, a typical cooling rack placed in it does not allow air to get underneath the food. Thus, the air fry feature is sub par in an oven that doesn't use the air fry rack and basket designed only for the 30" oven. Perhaps one can put a basket directly on the oven racks, but the splatter that occurs when air frying would cause a big clean up of those baking racks each time it's used. With the dedicated air fry rack for the 30" oven, you can remove the baking racks to keep them clean.

Love all of the negative reviews, glad I'm not the only one who was totally disgusted to get an air fryer oven without a tray. Looks like you've raised the price as well. Costco has great air fryer racks for $19 that don't make a mess in my oven, so maybe you saved me a big headache. However, I would be ashamed to still be selling the oven without the main selling feature included after a year of feedback.

I knew ahead of time that I had to buy the basket. But come one you don't include a drip tray. I ruined one of my cookie sheets from the drippings burning to it. One of the other reviews stated she was smoked of her house making wings and the same thing happened to me. Plus the next meal i made in the oven also created a smoke out. And now my new oven that i only used 3 times no longer looks new inside due to the mess the fan made. I can not Scrub it clean either, so now I'm going to have to do the self clean option which will probably smoke us again. NOT HAPPY wanted a bigger airfryer but now I'm afraid to use it again. The money we spend on a airfryer option oven SHOULD include everything even though you don't need it to airfry.

First of all, get ready for the smoke. Your kitchen and home will fill with smoke and no vent fan will be able to help you. Your house will smell like smoke, your hair and clothing will smell like smoke, your smoke detectors will go off, and you will open every window and door and it will still be a smoky, stinking event. You will be angry and disappointed and that will make it hard to enjoy your hot wings. Which will be ABSOLUTELY delicious, but hard to enjoy with all the smoke and smell.Secondly, no matter if you use high smoke point oil, your tray will discolor in reddish splotchy ways and it will never look clean. No amount of scrubbing will help. It will never look clean again.Third, you probably do not have a tray large enough to put under this to catch the drips. USE PARCHMENT PAPER on top of the foil to reduce smoke. I also make "wings" out of foil around my catch tray to catch as much of the drips as possible. But the fan is blowing it all around in there, and there is nothing you can do about it. Enjoy the food, it's awesome. Then take a shower, change your clothes, and leave your house for a day or so.

We bought this air fryer tray and it didn't come with the pan to go under it to catch the drippings. A regular cookie sheet is to small. When cooking wings it splatters all over the bottom of the range and the house fills with smoke. Thanks for nothing. We literally bought this range just to cook wings.

We spent thousands of dollars for a new oven featuring air frying but the tray doesn™€™t come with it? Why not just include it and add the cost into the cost of the oven? Secondly, we did purchase the air fry tray because we happened to go on line to read the manual prior to delivery of our new oven. But, guess what™€¦the tray does not fit our oven. The tray is too narrow and will not reach the sides of the oven. Now, we have to drive back to the appliance store to return it.

I have to say that while I do very much enjoy the functionality of our new air fry range, I was very disappointed that it didn't come with the air fry tray. Great for cooking and reheating!

The ReadyCook Air Fry Tray is great for cooking frozen foods as well as re-heating foods that are supposed to be served crispy. Some items I have cooked include frozen french fries, tator tots and I have reheated restaurant chicken tender leftovers. The tray is large and can hold a large quantity of food, I have also cooked 2 separate foods at the same time using the tray. Everything I have made using the tray has come out nice and crispy, and there is not any extra cooking time needed. I made sure to put the baking tray on the lowest rack to catch any drippings - important! and doesn™€™t effect the cooking time or outcome. The ReadyCook Tongs are a nice bonus, they are long enough to reach into the tray while in the oven and they are easy to clean and store. Both trays fit perfectly in the bottom drawer of the range.

I have been using a similar set-up -a grill rack with drip pan underneath - cant get the food dark enough - even after misting with oil.you say to use a dark airfry basket as not to deflect the heat - yet the one (you charge me for!!!?) is a shiny stainless set-up.Im just as lost and confused as befor - glad I still have my $50 in my pocket!!GinaB

This range is excellent for folks who like to air fry and bake. It will automatically correct your temperature if you want to go from conventional baking to convection baking. Air frying is a breeze and the skillet feature on the stove top is nice.

I purchased this Air Fry Tray for my new Frigidaire Range. I love it. I have been trying out different recipes and learning how to deal with the smoke that is created. The only drawback to the unit is that it should have been included with the range. You are advertising this range as an Air Fryer range, but I was unable to use it until I spent another $50. for the tray. Its not that the price was too much, but i would rather have paid for and received the tray as part of the price of the stove. I know...comes out the same, but the optics are that I didn't get all I wanted with my original purchase and had to spend more.

It's so disappointing that my new air fryer oven did not include the air fry tray I would need to use it. To ask me to spend an additional $50 after spending almost $1000 on the range is ridiculous. Why even put that feature on there if you aren't going to include the accessories needed to use it properly?

Frigidaire Air Fry Tray

This is a great product for air frying however, it is just a little bit too big and is hard to put into oven. We have put it in the oven and taken it out twice and I noticed that there are now scratches on both sides of the oven. We have decided to leave the frame and tray in the oven and only take out the tray if we need to cook something larger.
