I love this thing! I have had one for a couple of years and have used it daily. The blade on the wand became so dull that it wasn't functioning properly. I looked for a replacement because there was nothing wrong with anything else but couldn't find one. I just purchased a new one and am hoping the blades stay sharp on it. I gave it a 4 rating only because there is no option for a replacement blade.

It™™s comfortable to use Not too heavy or long. LOVE the attachment bowl. I™™ve made hummus, thick dressing, vegan mousse Easy to set up and clean. The power is very good. I haven™™t used the whisk yet. Love that I can throw the parts in dishwasher. Love that whole wand is stainless and not plastic. I recommend and have gifted out already!

The first one failed after 2 weeks: the plastic lugs that hold the accessories lost their Grip. That was in August 2025. It took 3 months for replacement to arrive due toGE incompetence. GE appliances are not the rock-solid-build firm they used to be.

I've used an immersion blender at least weekly for over a year making Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes. It works wonderfully to puree the berries and makes quick work of small batches of handcrafted whipped cream. My new GE Immersion Blender is much stronger than the other two I have used in the past. The puree was smooth in no time and I couldn't believe how quickly the whipped cream formed stiff peaks. Easily in less than half the time of my previous machine. This new toy is built heavy duty and should last a long time. Metal construction makes it a bit heavier, also has rubber covered buttons which are wet proof but slightly harder to keep pressed on. Not a big deal when you consider the many benefits. Shaft is removable for easy cleaning and has a beater attachment or a food processor style chopper cup. Can't wait to try this lil gadget for other things. This is a near perfect machine!

I traded my previous immersion blender in for this one because of the whisk attachment. I was able to make aquafaba whipped cream in a fraction of the time. I™™m liking it so far though something I™™m disappointed in is that it didn™™t come with a beaker which I thought I was getting.

It seems to work great. My main issue is that my mixer arrived and it was missing the wisk wire/beater. The base for this attachment came came but the head piece (wisk/beater) was not attached to it. Not sure what to do. Home depot has not been helpful. So in fact, I can not give a full review because I am still missing a part.
