Designed by Jason Hancock who took inspiration from its namesake crest of ocean waves, the Crest 1-Light Sconce features a beautifully textured and curved backplate, whose handcrafted, hammered steel pattern is put on display when lit.

Inspired by nature s power of rolling waves that can evoke both strength and grace.

Jason Hancocks' Crest design found its perfect setting effortlessly, as his home rests on the shores of a tranquil lake in Hubbardton, VT. It provided an idyllic backdrop that beautifully mirrored the product's essence and expressed the design intent. Our pre-dawn photoshoot, allowed us to capture the ripples and vibrant colors of Lake Hortonia, evocative of the organic, flowing lines and contours seen in the metalwork of the Crest.

Variations in finish appearances are a normal and desired result of the process, rendering each piece an individual and unique work of art. Shown here in Dark Smoke (-07) are examples of the different textures and patterns seen through our translucent finishes.
