Please call our disability services phone line at (518) 762-7829 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

If you refer a friend or family member to us, you will receive 1 point for every $1 that person spends. To make it even easier, we're giving our customers "Ruby Referral" cards (shown below). Simply pass these out to friends and family, and start earning points.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Multiple Ruby Rewards certificates can be applied to the same sale.
  2. In most cases, Ruby Rewards certificates are combinable with other offers. Some exclusions apply.
  3. Ruby Rewards certificates are not transferable.
  4. Ruby Rewards certificates have no cash value.
  5. Rebates, resale purchases, sales tax, delivery and shipping charges, and restocking fees do not earn Ruby Rewards points.
  6. Ruby Rewards certificates can be used to redeem furniture, bedding, floor covering and lighting products.
  7. Ruby & Quiri may, at any time, terminate or modify the Ruby Rewards program.
  8. Ruby Referrals must be made at the time of purchase. Referral information will print on your sale receipt. Referrals cannot be applied to a sale after the fact.

*Ruby Reward certificates cannot be used to redeem electronics, Electrolux or Tempurpedic products, prior purchases, gift cards, payment on any third-party financing balance or sales tax. Other exclusions may apply.

*Rebates, resale purchases, sales tax, delivery and shipping charges, and restocking fees do not earn Ruby Rewards points. Returns will be deducted from the points balance.
